Paradise: Civic heart transformation

The £1.2bn Paradise scheme has seen a new piazza with the transformation and connection of Victoria, Chamberlain, and Centenary Squares, reallocation of space from roads and new restaurants, retail and commercial buildings. Phase three encompasses further commercial development across five buildings, supported by a new large public square.

Paradise is a joint venture between Federated Hermes and Birmingham City Council and sits within the Enterprise Zone. Delivery is to 2031. Phase 2 of the development to be delivered by 2026, with phase 3 completed by 2030.
