Park Birmingham: A new quarter

The 7.5-acre site will see a vibrant new neighbourhood in the centre of Birmingham, transforming the area, including the development of Martineau Galleries with Hammerson Plc.

The mixed-use development will create around 8,000 jobs. delivers at least 2,100 homes, 117,500m of mixed-use workspace, offices, restaurants and cafes, a 200-bed hotel, as well as 2.5 acres of new public spaces including two public squares, new streets and a boulevard forming a signature entry to Birmingham from the forthcoming adjacent HS2 Curzon rail station.

The scheme is next to the Eastside tram extension.
