Major developments in Brum

Based to the north of Birmingham in the Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield, the Langley Sustainable Urban Extension (SUE) is set to deliver 5,500 homes, combined with green infrastructure that’s aligned with modern sustainability principles.

Walking and cycling routes, plus dedicated public transport will create a sustainable and healthy environment, while significant new investment will be delivered to the area to improve opportunities for local employment.

Birmingham City Council has agreed a supplementary planning document for the site.
